The DOJ has released a statement somewhere saying they are actively tracing all the so called players funds that were distributed among the board members, so they can use those funds to repay the players.
Imo if the DOJ can get those funds somehow and full tilt goes bankrupt so that the owners and board lose all their money and have to face the full extent of the law would be the best way this can go. Sure i will miss full tilt, but if some invests now and saves these guys asses it just wouldnt be right.
Saying that if they go bankrupt their assets would be picked up for small change and we would probly see a new version of full tilt poker eventually

If anyone ever sees a pro affiliated with Full Tilt, please give them a piece of your mind. And if it's Ferguson, Lederer or Furst, give them a good kick in the crotch at least.

That was expected, but I really hope that the news that FT was already sold be true.

even if we did see a new version of FT, would poeple even play there or would they be too scared to play there.
A bad attitude is just like a car with a flat tire, "You aren't going anywhere unless you change it."
