I'm somewhat interested in seeing if they get that Category 2 license right away.
Either way it's pretty irrelevant as far as online poker in the U.S. is concerned. Odds are they won't be accepting U.S. players if/when they do come back.

Doesn't help if they even get a cat 2 license FTP has NO money to repay any players unless a deal goes through or they sell the rights to the software. Only way this is good for USA players is that a deal does go through so USA players can get relayed. Let's face FTP or stars are not coming back to USA if online poker does return its going to be through casinos and other tribes willing to invest 30 million for the license fee. Plus it's going to be state orientated and the first three states will be California Nevada and NJ.
