You can't get around the way they have it set up, to play from another state. People already tried that as was to be expected. Some say get a cell phone and put in Nevada so it will show up as your there, but won't work lol.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you can have an account as a resident of any state in the US, and even fund the account, but you can only play when you are physically in the state of Nevada. And for that matter, you need to be well inside the state, as they have been having problems with people who try to play in areas around the border (Laughlin, Primm, etc). The good thing is you can go to the cashier at any Stations Casino to pick up withdrawed funds (or to deposit)
