Carbon Merge poker room down again?

was signed up for 5 tourneys yesterday - tried to log backin to play them and couldnt. 2 hours later i got on and ony 1 was still in-progress. Had like $2k out of my original $5k left. Tried to login this morning and cant login to play anything... Anyone else have this issue? I have asked Carbon support for a refund - till have not heard back. Gets me thinking about US Poker, leaving Merge gaming for sure....tweeted them as well...

They should have replied by now that they were looking into the issue. Merge has always been good to me, so I think you will get your money back when they see that you blinded out. If you played the remainder of the game that was still in progress, they may not reimburse you on that one.

carbon always has issues of going down... its not the best software out there but its decent

i had it happen before and i had 68 bucks out and the same happened..it froze and i reloaded the games and nothing...they gave my money back 2 days later
