I was impacted in tourneys during this implementation and emailed supoort to get some $ back. Like laging out while having AA on the bubble - that sucked baddd. And others like when transferred to a new table the table didnt pop up. so for 10 hands Im searching all the tables trying to find me and click on me - open my table didnt work. They have not given me any $ back as of yet. Piss Poor service.
