There must be another side to this story; being known to not pay big winners would kill their business, I would think. Although, it sounds like he lost a few mil before the monster comeback, so maybe they thought he was cheating somehow. He has done a few "questionable" things over the years, but when you are at the top, you walk with a bullseye on your back.

Hmm wonder what the details are on this situation, why are the managers of this casino with holding his funds? Wish we could hear the casino's side of the story. Maybe Phil was colluding with the oriental female he was with. This is a one sided story. What's really going on? Any one know the casino's tale of the take? Wonder who will win this law suit? Ivey is a rich man as well as the casino owner is, but I bet the owner can get a better legal setup in his interests. Only time will tell...until next time on PokerOwned
