Understand the stakers opinion, I respectfully disagree on a couple points:

A. starting at level 10 late reg gave about a M ratio of 10 orbits, not a great place to start extremely tight, even in non turbo
B. It was a SB to BB where SB pfr 2x Blind, minimal to call a suited Ace even though a rag. Ace on flop and the hesitation on the SB I misread as a possible mid to mid high pocket pair, to 3 bet push that size bet was only thing that would have got him off the hand, he just happened to have a monster lol
C. IMO biggest mistake I made was not enough time to feel the table, I just felt given the level of blinds/ante wouldnt offer the opportunity.

I have discussed how I would change the play style to better fit the stakers play requirements, time will tell if I get another opportunity.

The takeaway: You bought in late, so you don't really have much wiggle room. I hate the call BVB. If your going to play, just stack it pre-flop. I would just toss it though. People are not really open/folding BVB 3x when you have 17bbs, so no F.E + a hand thats barely ahead of his range. There are much easier spots bro... even with only 17bbs to start.

In conclusion since I never got to discuss strategy with the staker and there was a conflict of play style, I am nullifying the stake and giving full refund to staker to make whole (shipped 1/1/14) no hard feelings and thanks again!
