never tried that, to be honest I am not sure. Always thought 1 time load and then the card is dead.

zab you need to do netspend, much easier and cheaper to do..but gdmp can be loaded as paypal funds to fyi

no GDMP cant transfer. no way to avoid fee
from what i hear netspend can tho

Netspend you can transfer from one account to another with no fee. Moneypak you have to buy the reload packs in the store and load a card or onto paypal, you can't transfer from user to user.

netspend is the exact same as GDMP, its all prepaid debit cards
