As this was your 2nd thread I didn't read it, at that point I did, I stopped as I was about to ban you for 24 hours. When I read it, I didn't think the warning went through...it wasn't meant to as I was exiting out of the infraction, a warning was not an option to what I was doing. Ignore it. josh you are missing the whole point, Cookies told dpad to NOT send any funds unless it was going towards his (dpad's) debt. He sent it and now cookies is holding it as a debt payment from dpad.
Now my issue with all this is since you know cookies won't do deals with you, why would you send money to dpad after all BS mess he is in and in debt to cookies? That seems looney if you ask me.
Looks to me like dpad is the one you need to be contacting

People might not like Cookies rates and stuff but the guy has probly done more trades on here than anyone else and has never once scammed anyone or even came close to it.
So far cookies has provided a chat log showing that he wasnt interested in trading and that any money sent would be taken as payment of a loan. As of yet he says he hasnt even recieved the transfer into his account. There is a reason people are siding with cookies, its because he is in the right. You gave dpad the $10, as of now he owes you the $10. You cant get on cookies for not doing a trade that he expressed without doubt that he didnt want to do and flat out wouldnt do.
