I have got nothing against u personally but u don't seem like you are even sorry or think that u messed up in any way. and the amount again I don't think has a whole lot to do with it but like everyone has been saying it wasn't a loan for you just to pay back when u can. just say u messed up and apologize would be a good start instead of getting mad at everyone for having a opinion.

IMO this should have been able to be resolved without a thread. There are always 3 sides to a story. I don't have any issues with anyone involved. I hope that this gets resolved. Jay is a good dude. We all are degenerates and friends for the most part. When business and pleasure get mixed together there is always a chance for this kind of issue. Communication is key.
***Since this has been made public, I have to say a public resolution is more than likely required to protect reputations and future investment opportunities****
My 2 cents which is worth even less on lock.

ill say again the only thing you told me was youd ship me .34cents. If you did say something different like " sorry" " or my bad" or " ill ship the 12.10 and the $6 when i can" i didnt see it in bubble.Again youre being a a dick. Calling me a kid? i'm probably older than you. I dont think you scamed me but what you did do was play unagreed upon tourneys with a stake i gave you.You also didnt have the money you should have after playing the games you told me you played up until the point i told you to ship back. I realize you werent trying to scam me... take off with my money but what you did do is disrespect me by doing what you wanted with the stake rather than what we agreed on. I think ive been cordial with you in this thread. i started off with my original post saying i always liked you since becoming active on here. If you would have asked me if you could play something else i would have probably said yes.

and I understand your side ^^^^^ as it is very disrespectful to not keep communication and spend money that is not theirs. I am not trying to take away that you are upset. I would be also. Just wanted you to know that I also agree with you too

I feel compelled to comment.
Jayyy is not hurting for poker funds so he wouldn't screw anyone out of anything. He has absolutely no reason to. That being said; yes there may have been a breach of agreement, but I am sure the intent was not to scam in any way shape or form.
I very seldom stake players, but, if I was in the market to do so, jayyy would be on my short list of possible players.Last edited by MichMan; 11-08-2013 at 10:34 PM.
