There really isn't a lot that PO can do DK except put his account into the red. It has been and continues to be PO's policy to try and work toward getting scammers to repair damage they have done, and thus I doubt he will be banned outright, at least not until Zab has heard from him directly on this matter (if Zab chooses to get involved at all as again, given that circumstances of the deal, he is under no obligation to do anything.... not saying I agree with this by the way).

It does seem odd that an account that has been active off and on since 2011 and which has made several trades in the past without record of problems should suddenly go sideways like this. Wouldn't be the first time it has happened though either. Just goes to show you how important it is to deal carefully and use tools that are there to protect you.
