im commenting on the scammer issue here. not the trade involved in thread.
ok zab is an affiliate of alot of the sites offered to usa players. pokerowned members are here for 1 reason honestly. theyre here to make points to play poker. if we wanna stop scammer then why not cost them their poker accounts? if they wanna scam they can get their 2$ or 50$ or whatnot, but we have their poker ids. just ship support a message and have them frozen. guarantee theyll stop scamming if they cannot play or know theyll lose the money

even if they can make new accounts... they should still be banned.. it may be annoying for the mods n stuff.. but thats part of the job.
ban all known scammers.. and all their new accounts. THAT along with creating some trust system to gauge how trusted a member is.. and not allowing ANY new accounts to have trust for some probational period..
this should prevent scamming entirely."Success is a science; if you have the conditions, you will get the results" -Oscar Wilde

this is the ONLY poker forum that doesn't ban known scammers

With all due respect, that is not a valid reason. Even if they do come back with different accts, you have tools to find the accts and ban them also. In addition, for them to escape total scrutiny, they must also use additional poker accounts, which is not so easy, and subjects them to closure of all poker accts. If they use the same poker accounts as the old PO account, easy to catch.
Making people list their poker account is one of the best things PO did to prevent MAs
