Not to be argumentative, but it is acceptable for someone seeking a stake to offer terms, they may not be acceptable and people can point out that is why they would not invest....but I have put up a bunch of stake offers and it is generally up to the person putting the offer up to also propose the percentages and games wishing to be played.
