I think my worst vegetables would be beets or cabbage. It is funny people mention kale as a nasty vegetable. My daughter adds some weird spices to the kale and sticks the concoction in the food dehydrator. The grandchildren love the crap. It looks like marijuana to me when it is done, but what would I know. The grandkids go walking around the house with kale chips in plastic sandwich bags. Yuck.
