The fact that this was originally in the general poker section, I find slightly humorous.

there are quite a few like that ... and I find it slightly humorous too

But onto the question ... non PC stuff like what Chappelle does is funny ... but there is a fine line there. I like Howard Stern, but he often oversteps that line.
