I live 30 ft away from a Public Library Wi-Fi.
Because I am at the very edge of coverage, my internet was very unpredictable.
They are aware and gave me permission to use the Wi-Fi any time (even when the library is closed)
I have also been given permission to use an extender.
I bought a NetGear 2500 Wi Fi Extender. It
has helped but it still drops the signal almost daily and I have to set it up all over again.
This model doesn't have any external antennae so finding "the sweet spot" is difficult.
Does anyone know of an extender that will work better?
Because it is free internet I didn't want to spend too much but obviously buying the cheapest wasn't the best idea.
Any tips, tricks, or advice are appreciated.
