I got a survey from pokerstars in my email because I originally was in NJ went I registered with them years ago - so it looks like things are moving along in NJ - I personally don't want pokerstars to get the bid too many people and I would like it to be USA based site.

They bought into a casino in NJ. Thats one of the requirements of having an online room. Ultimate Poker has done the same.
