Did you ask him about it in the chat box? I really doubt it's support - how stupid would it be for someone with a recognizable name to use THAT name to cheat? It's probably someone who uses support a lot, knows this guy's name and so created an account with something as close as possible. And the all-in with the 5's.... no big deal. The aces raised less than 3 bb preflop, and sanderQ has uwin outchipped, but has only 12 BBs with a pocket pair, so he jams it. Not uncommon play at all from what I've seen.
