This is exactly why there needs to be some tournaments with a higher buy in. Something that someone has to dedicate time to being able to enter. Hopefully that would translate into dedication to better poker play. Bigger the risk the more conservative the play will become.
Personally I think it's silly to have LLBs in a freeroll in the first place. I realize it's to encourage participants to put in some effort. Same thing for all the other tournament based promotions; however, they are clearly failing miserably (if that is part of the goal) due to recent rants about the terrible play in PO freerolls. The money has to mean something for someone to give a crap about how they play. That's why no one shoves the first hand in a $20 buy in MTT. Make a PO tournament with a 500 pt buy in or more. That translates into ~$1 based on redeem value. It's achievable for those who try, and yet not simple enough to achieve day in and day out. When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.
