LOL right take note of this post

right basically the mods set up a thread
a poster posts in the thread
then a mod uses the random number generator to get a number from 0-100
depending on that number the poster can get a prize (points, the ability to change someones username, or a chance to ban another member for a selected period of time) or a forfeit (ban changed username (mods choice) etc)
the mod that used the rng would edit the posters post to notify them of what they had won
any clearer?
