Yep, I turned 68 years old today. As I sit and reflect on the years gone by, I see many things I wish I had done differently and also see many things that I didn't do and wish I had. To use a quote I heard once, "Life, where you take the test before you learn the lessons.

Some of the greatest and worst times were when I was still using drugs. The same can be said about the times I've had since getting clean.

In the last four years I've survived Lung Cancer and an Aorta Aneurysm, so I guess my Higher Power (who I choose to call God) must be keeping me here for some reason.

"So try to enjoy life each day, because some day you'll look up and say, "Where the hell did all those years go ?
