i need help..does anyone know about smart phones?????

Hey everyone..so i just got this new Samsung galaxy s3 and it is fckin awesomeeee

Only thing it is kinda slow when loading internet sometimes and stuff..but i think i know why..it is currently on 3g..with my plan and this kinda phone I'm pretty sure i should be on 4g...

My question is...how do i switch this thing from 3g to 4g?????

Go to the store where you purchased it or to the service provider and they will switch it for you. Usually for free of charge

So i just called sprint..apparently I'm not in a 4g areA and when i fo to a 4 area it will automatically switch from 3t to 4g

4g is not completely available. Sprint is working tower to tower to make it click. I was unable to call 'in-network' while they were working on the tower closest to me.

Hillbilly Move to the city. Yea it switchs back and forth you can use you internet at home though

Ask the phone company and they will help you about " anything"

Call your Company. Ask them, if its able to change 3g to 4g. They will give you your answer

sorry dude...only thing i know bout smartphones is that they r supposed to be smart but they actually DONT.......o_O.............
