how do you chat at the homepage?

i can see everyone else chatting, but i do not see a chat bar or window where to type. any ideas anyone.

You are a new member here that is why, just message Zab and he will unlock it

Hi, try now, Zab (admin) has it set so new members have to post in the forum to enable chat.
