Learned cards at birth damn near. My dad was a card shark, hustler and a top class magician. In the Magic Castle Wall of Fame. I hated poker though, I used 3 card monte for a long time, and if i dealt BlackJack, it was virtually impossible to beat me. Then I figured out math was a part of poker. That was around 10 years old and I played since. But only seriously for maybe 5-6 years. I tell you what, good thing about having a magician as a dad, I can sure do some awesome chip tricks now.

well this is the best thread for my 200 th post i was taught by my grandmother win i was about 8 to play 5 card draw.And that's all i played for years then stud and eventually holdem .I still love 5 card draw and i refuse to ever play my grandmother because to this day that woman is the luckiest person i have ever seen.
