ty ty sir, today I had to carry insulation up 3 flights of stairs and was winded, I wondered how I would have felt if I were still smoking

ok my last post had a mis calculation. 2 days ago made 22 months of cig free lungs
coming up on 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!

alright alright it is now 1:01 am poker owned server time and makes today 8/13/2014, which makes 2 years exactly to the day that I quit smoking cigs!!!!!!!!!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
