Fam, given the situation id advise just take the highroad And settle with Tommy without any argument, you can cut ties after that if you wish, but if your ultimate goal is future staking opportunities, arguing with a staker about a settlement you owe is the LAST thing you want ok your record

It was done outside the system, but that being said, s810cars was in the system and the dispute ruled in his favor. famfirst has lost all trading access and his mod feedback is reflecting he is a risk.

this is how it was 9.90 if up after 3 games we would see where we stand. Did that made 35 sent back 9.90 left me with 22$ and change 50/50 split right there or move on and continue which we both agreed on. I messed up the forums and not on purpose i take responsibility for that NP there. so whats 22/2 thats 16 each right yes i see it
i then went on a huge losing streak i then lost all his half of the profit then worked on my half gained some back then lost it all i never ran off with ur shyt so i dnt owe u nothing nothing period i sent the original stake back we both took the risk in keeping going not my fault i kept trying to push variance and get around it, it wasnt letting me that night and for that i apologize but i dnt feel i owe u a dime if your half was exhausted way before my half of the profit was gone

The only risk a staker SHOULD have is standard variance, choosing a poor horse that loses, or bad luck, acts of God, etc. a horse breaking terms due to tilt or w/e else is not standard risk, and shouldn't be encouraged, this attitude really shines light on your reliability as a horse, hope you aren't running for anyone, I'd be concerned for them

You know I just read through this whole thread and I can only say that this is the problem with people staking others that are not long term and trustworthy members. Why not just implement a personal guideline and only stake to those that you know are stand up individuals.
It sucks to continually see you guys getting ripped off. Heck ask Cookies... I hope you guys get paid back but for gods sake quit loaning and staking to these members that you only sort of know! I myself have a policy that I only stake or loan to those that I know are honorable people and I have seen here for a long time.

This
You guys at times are pretty reckless with your stakes. Granted that doesn't mean you deserve to be scammed but come on. This site does not encourage things to be done outside the guidelines and measures but into place, yet you continuously go outside the system.

In general, someone with a four month active history isn't too much of a flight risk, i wouldn't say reckless. I understand staking isn't this sites main focus, nor should it be, but it does bring in a lot of business in the form of players sticking around more, and possibly doing conversions/signing up at sites thru here. Ultimately it's in the sites best interest to assist in the staking process. That beingsaid, i think the off site upgrade is an awesome tool to reduce risk, and I'm sure the staking upgrade will be as well
