always... it gets me in the zone usually some old school rock or something that's good for background - not too energizing

I always have my beats headphones on during play, during live tournaments I tend to have one ear exposed to hear the other players and the dealer. I also think music puts me in a zone like some people have described, but it has to be the right music.
