Unk has had problems b4, this would have been LESS LIKELY to happen if UNK's acct was banned then.
I doubt tommy woulda done this trade w/ a noob... but having a reg like Unkclan (even with known shakey history) do a small 5 dollar trade seemed OK prolly.

but lets say Unk was banned, he woulda had to try to make a new acct, and tommy would have prolly not even acknowledged a noob acct wanting a trade.

I completely understand that. And I think he recognized that it was his fault. I also agree that by using the methods in place it protects all of us and I wish he had. I'd just feel safer trading with people if I new that offenders such as this were gone permanently.
