Extra spicy Bloody Marys ... booze optional but recommended. The spicier the better if boogs are an issue.

milk with green saffron. dont put too much saffron though. it's a very old and effective remedy. try it out.

Cambells chicken noodle soup. Thats what I always eat when I have a cold. Add in some saltines and you should be cured in no time.
