i know i personally in the past week or go have had to wait forever to get my redeems. put in for 100$ worth around 730 thursday night n didnt get them til friday morning. did another 25 a different day around 4pm and didnt get til 10 that night. and tonight i put in for 1 about 4 and still waiting. i understand you may be busy but youre on now n then throughout the day and they take 5 mins to do.

something like 10am 2pm 6pm and 10pm. 4 times a day. if ppl put in in between thos times theyre waiting til next time to get their redeem. shouldnt be too hard.

ps not trying to come off as a dick. just trying to get a schedule and ppl their redeems asap
