Yaking days off poker.

I find if I take a day or 2 off from poker it helps to refresh myself . It may also save me money lol. During my games I walk away from laptop during the breaks. Does any one else do things?

i recently came off a well needed break.was on a bad downswing and believe the break helped.i am usually in more than 1 game so if a break starts on 1 im playing the other.
