It really depends on the situation. If I'm playing in a cardroom, absolutely not. Sometimes though, I'll have a home game when with some friends who are actually terrible players and everyone wants to drink, smoke, and play poker. In that case, a couple beers or a crown.

the only time i drink and play $$ poker is with friends and low amounts of $$...i have played drunk with biggger amounts of $$ and it did not go well and it wont happen again!..lol
