    Where's my bloody merge money@!

    I was told 5 days ago to open an accont at Carbon, Players Only, or Sportsbook to transfer the funds to from Hero since they were shutting down. 5 days later, still no money. I was a little late in requesting the transfer of funds but there could not have been that many people on Hero that it would take 5 plus days. Did anybody else get their $ yet or still waiting? This blows.

    I'm sorry to hear that happened to you man. I would give it at least 2 weeks. It wouldn't hurt to email them now and ask about it. But sometimes these poker sites just have terrible customer service...

    I haven't heard anything either. My situation is slightly more complicated though, so if I don't hear anything it'll be ok for me. I only $20 on there anyways.

    I am in the same boat as the op, i put my request in on Friday and have heard nothing except that they verified recieving my email. I even sent an email to my inside guy at Merge who has helped me many times when sites have gone awry or i needed funds moved and he doesn't reply either so i am hoping it's due to the holidays and that tomorrow we will hear something

    I just logged on and saw my Hero money has been added to my Carbon account. Hopefully everyone else will get theirs soon!

    I requested my transfer from Hero to Carbon on Thursday night, and received it earlier today. Taking into account the weekend and the holiday, I have no problem with the time it took.

    I received my Hero transfer on Sportsbook today. No VIP points or tournament tickets Hopefully I will see them when and if Hero re-opens in 2013-14, but I am not getting my hopes up.
