bovada is the best imo....obv carbon is where alot play but overall I think bovada is better....better promos/bonus etc

You can not beat BCP as far as payouts go. 2-5 days with the debit card option.

As far as depositing and withdrawing i hear bcp and acr are the best, but i like carb.
