Depends a lot! If you take no action bet, you put 4xBB, more boarded a bet before the 3-bet. Note well, AA is the best hand in the game, more careful, if you go to see the flop that is with only 1 player for your chance to win will be huge. Do not try to go down a pot pre-flop and bring the whole table because you will certainly be at a disadvantage.

These questions are pretty silly, so many things come into effect. Position, your image, villians, stack size, blinds, structure, close to bubble... ect ect...

What kind of stupid question is this? Everything is relative to the circumstances. Remember though, AA is still just a pair. All in all, you bet what is going to make you the most money.

Depends on situation, position, blinds etc. If HU, then largely dependent on opponents' tendencies.
