When I have them, the best bet for me is to fold.

For me depends on these couple things.
    #1 Position
    #2 Players at table
#3 How players are playing ( tight loose etc )
#4 How many chips I have.

So basically from min raise to all in depending To be honest your just asking in general not for specifics when poker is a game of situations and strategy and those above items are part of how I bet anyways.

See just another useless post by tony, hasnt even replied to his own post LMFAO Guess it would have been too hard for him to be clear or ask for it in different situations, instead the good members here added thought to the post.

depends on your position, but you want to get all your money in preflop if you can.

It depends. That's often the case when it comes to poker.

Thats a cold 4 bet. If you raise and get 3 bet, you can 4-bet.
