For me depends on these couple things.
#1 Position
#2 Players at table
#3 How players are playing ( tight loose etc )
#4 How many chips I have.
So basically from min raise to all in depending To be honest your just asking in general not for specifics when poker is a game of situations and strategy and those above items are part of how I bet anyways.

depends on your position, but you want to get all your money in preflop if you can.

i think it has to be 6 BB couse if you go all in almost all the time they just throw their cards away, but if someone raise it go allin inmideatly and you will be the winner
