tournaments for one reason... Payouts... SnG are good for when you only have a couple hours to hit it hard and make some$$$$ .. tourneys are what give the fat payouts tho.

For NLH it's tournaments. For other games, sngs.

sit n go's for bigger stakes and tourny's for smaller stakes cant stand rebuy's but will play em if the price is right

i do both, sit n gos are cool, tournaments are great too. cash tables are even good.

Some one else hit on my biggest issue with tournaments. I love tournaments but I avoid any tournament that has rebuys. Some people go crazy in a tournament if it has rebuys. They'll go all in with 6/7 os because they don't care if they bust. Any tournament without rebuys is great in my book over SnG for poker fun. Just avoid the first 15 minutes in low stake tournaments.
