    IMO this is NOT a bad beat.

    A bad beat imo is when you are significantly ahead when money goes in the pot but you lose to the remaining cards.

    Ex. Say you hold 33.

    Pre Flop Oppo bets to 3BB and you call.
    Flop comes 23T rainbow.
    you make a 1/2 pot bet oppo raises you all in and shows AA.
    Well you are significantly ahead but he can still catch one of his two outs, if he catches one of these outs that is a bad beat.
