Washington state-felony?

I saw at the bottom of an article that it is a felony in Wash. st to play online poker. Anybody out there can confirm or deny that? ........ Alright, I just googled it and it looks like it is still a class c felony, but nobody has been charged. Passed in 2006. Land of the free. Attorney General says he likes online poker but doesn't play in his home.

Its not against the law in any state to play. Its against the law to deposit only (withdraws are legal also) the washington,maryland,new york thing is about sports and casino betting and yes it is a class d felony in those states to place casino or sports bets online. And its only illegal for a company to accept payment not for the person making the payment (deposit)
