Using Energy drinks while playing poker

Ok who does this? I see people doing this all the time. I think if I did this I would be shaking like a damn leaf.

Does it effect your game at all? Im already nervous enough when I get pocket aces I think I would straight up piss myself if I had ACES + A RED BULL

I prefer to be a bit more mellow when I play. I like to have a few drinks, not to get drunk but just to relax, and usually like to smoke up a bit before heading into a game. Im not too sure about being highly caffinated or even doing coke for that matter, unless you were playing for like 15 hours or longer

I like the guys who PRETEND to be drunk and order drinks over and over. Seen this often live. They pretend like they are donkeys and drunk off their ass.. And the waitresses even bring them drinks with no booze in them.

thats pretty funny to pretend being drunk.. i prefer to drink while playing, except not to get hammered drunk.. a lil buzz is nice.. if i were to smoke up, i get too paranoid! lol... at home during online play is way different.. i do like to play online or home games and drink to get drunk sometimes and smoke up sometimes.. way different than in person.. i agree with drinking redbulls.. i would have one or two throughout the night if i were tired in a live game but other than that i would be shaky.. my first time in a casino on a cards table at the hard rock casino, the one where anna nicole smith died at.. i had pocket rockets, and an ace came on the flop and then the turn.... i was so shaky that had i not been a lil drunk i might of shit myself... i won the hand obviously! i beat a full house and won the majority of my winnings that night in that one hand... they were calling me the pittsburgh kid jokingly at the table. hence, my full tilt name PITTSBURGHKID27

i drink red bull when i play live and online doesnt seem to effect my game at all mostly just helps me stay awake and not get tired

I'm old school ... coffee and cigs when I play poker. I have been known to drink Jager Bombs (Jager and red bull) away from the table but never at the table.
