I find balances it out for me. As often as I loose defending my BB (rarely bother with the SB), I am equally lucky in getting great flops when I'm allowed to limp in with the BB.

I have lost more hands defending my big blind then I have won. I still defend it though as long as the price is right. Sometimes after the hand I tell myself what were you thinking.

When does trapping turn into getting sucked out on? I mean if you put someone on a hand, and you out-flop them, but they catch a two outer on the river then you are saying I trapped myself? Where is the line between the two?

often are to blame for every play for the simple reason that the option of leaving temenos pay to go all in and all that no one tells us to do just us but gradually you learn to play better luck.

I think it is okay to defend your blind and see a flop but you got to have the discipline to lay it down if you miss or if you have like A rag realize you A may not be so good and dont be afraid to lay it down.

I agree with pokerdemon24 that it's good to defend your blind however, an elastic defense is better than a static one.
