I appreciate you sharing this story because I believe that just as many bad beats happen live as online. Players don't notice it because they occur less often (as you play more hands per hour online) and less frequently because online players most often play more than live players.

I did that to someone with AA and I held pocket 2s on a live game. He slow rolled with AA and shoved into my trips on the river. Tough for him but it happens online or live poker.

I never said it doesn't happen in live events. I just know that it doesn't happen as often. There was nothing either one of you could do at that point.

so average stack after 2nd break was 15 bb's? i dont think i would care for that structure very much.

thats why i dont like tourneys they do sting alot when you lose like that
