Thinking of buying Point or carbon cash with paypal?

Ok so im a noob at this and if i put this in the wrong place(im sry) plz put it in the right place. So the question is if i wanna buy Po points or carbon cash is paypal the best method? and if so do they charge me for buying points or carbon cash and if i create a paypal account should i choose personal(For individuals who shop online), Premiere(For individuals who buy and sell online) or Business which i dont think i would need but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.. The best would be the basic paypal account as you don't run an e-shop. Just double check whether or not you can buy carbon cash with paypal, i don't think they offer it?

Yeah i was told by cookies that paypal is seldom used anymore for transactions,greendot is the new paypal i think

not sure about that buddy..you can trade paypal for carbon cash with a buyer, but not directly buy carbon cash from the carbon site, but good luck..the two experts on here is sendcookies and daytradin, look for either one
