sweetpacks aint so sweet.

One of the survey links I clicked yesterday gave me some toolbar called "sweetpacks". System restore failed to remove it, and it does not show a registry in 'uninstall a program'. I had to remove firefox and go back to explorer to get away from it. Anyone dealt with this issue and know how to remove it?

I can't agree with you any more. Sweet Packs is really not sweet but very annoying, for it can redirect browsers to start.sweetpacks.com. Do you get rid of it? I think this could make sense for sweet packs removal Remove/Get Rid of Start.sweetpacks.com Virus Removal

i have never had issue with removing programs...you really shouldnt be downloading shit if ure not computer savvy imo...also use ccleaner to remove ya stuff much more effective than the bog standard windows uninstall registary

toolbars can be really lame and they mess with your broswer and history menu''s...lesson learned one or twice!!!!!!
