Stealing blinds.When do you think is perfect time to steal blinds?

Steal blinds when you think you can. Table dynamics play a huge role. There is no perfect time to.

I always try and wait until its worth doing, unless you are trying to establish authority on the table or something like that...

i most of the time try to steal blinds , especially when it's close to final table and cash $ , it might help sometimes lol

The best time to steal blinds is near the bubble. Usually play tightens up and you can steal very effectively. I usually play a tight aggressive style so I can get people to lay down hands in this spot.
