    sitting out

    so i am just in this cash game at 0.1/0.2 . i would like to know if i am in the wrong or not lol. i sat down we played for 10 minutes and i go down from $20 to $9.. at which time the guy sits out and tells me he is not playing until i reload back to $20 . is this the norm to have to reload after you go don half your stack?
