Are the Pokerowned Tournaments becoming Crapshoots?

I don't know how much live poker you guys play, but when we get new players in my live poker games I also see this kind of thing. you have to realize that this is a freeroll and people are going to play a lot looser than they normally would. I have come to realize that all you can do is play your best game (whether it the best out there or not) and accept the fact that you can't beat stupid. I have come to accept 3 ways of finishing a tourney. First, winning. Second, blinding out. Third, a bad beat. If you played your cards and you played them well and some donk sucks out on you, there isn't anything you can do about it. YOU CAN'T BEAT STUPID!!!!!!

Drivembig you're right in almost all of that, I just want to remind you guys that many people put bets on the tournament, making it meaning more to them than others

I want to play the best I can in freerolls, low buy in mtts etc. Practice for when my BR is large enough to play bigger tourneys. Regardless of opp play, I am in charge of my chips & what I do with them

I would not go as far as to say it has become a "crap-shoot". True it is not like some other Private tourneys... but what can you expect to get when it is a freeroll.

What I find more aggravating is the negative down talk on the tables... especially the final table I was at today... Remember, it is a GENTLEMEN'S GAME... If you went in (not pointing any fingers) to a casino poker room and touted off at the mouth like that (which is illegal to do; make threats or make another player feel in dangers way ie: Phil Hellmuth) they would kindly throw you head first through the back door and tell you to stay away for your own good... This just coming from someone that LIVES in Vegas... well North Las Vegas

as for the amout of peeps in the game its still pretty low considering
just gets bad that peeps cant keep their childish mouths shut and just play
