Do not limp UTG. You want to fold or raise. I think you made the right play in raising/folding. You never want to limp into an unopened pot. By raising, you can many times take down the pot with a c-bet on the flop even if you miss your set.

Yeah if i have a pocket pair above JJ i play but anything below i fold!
