I play, eat and even dream poker I wake up thinking im in a tourney sitting, every break i do 10 push ups and jumping jacks got to keep the blood flowing. I got that from a pro.

poker truth, is unpredictable, when you think have the best letter, and someone comes out with a trio that disrupts your game and get hours in, get angry and annoyed, porq what one was delayed in arriving for another in a minute I take one, sometimes not fair but it is poker

being able to fold hands even two pair when it looks like you cant be beat is the key to winning. Its hard to lay sometimes a hand down. bet when a person shoves all in ive personally found they usually have the unexpected not getting married to your hand is definately a key to winning.

I play poker just about every day. Some days I can't play more than a few sng's due to other obligations (family, work, school, etc.), and some days I can sit here and play all day.
I've gotten better over the years at being able to recognize when I am feeling it and when I'm not. When I'm not really feeling it, I try to stay away from mtt's and cash tables, and just play 1-2 sng's at a time, sometimes taking breaks in between.

I am good for about 4 hours after that I start to lose it. I am pretty much useless after 6.

for me is for relex,when i play i go sleep so good.but is true is very fatigue,we need good fisic condition
