I agree with looking at some of the new platforms and social network if you want the very latest, but there is always some young guns who have had a couple of hot years early on and they think they have a great system. Look them up in a few more years and their theories aren't worth a hill of beans.

You can read any book but it's better to play a huge number of hands and watch your opponents (you don't have to risk too much, there are stakes from just $0.01/$0.02), don't watch videos of tournaments to learn, they show fancy moves that rarely are proffitable and it might make you to adopt bad habbits, you may watch them for fun only.
Start by playing a TAG style and as your reads become better you would be able to play more starting hands and get more loose making it harder for your opponent to predict what you have.
Always keep in mind that an aggressive style is a winning style, so for the most of the time... if you have it, bet it!

the poker book is very good toplay because you know new strategy of system poker....
